HELLO AND WELCOME TO ANA HORBELT PHOTOGRAPHY!

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my website. When I was a kid and an adult would ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up... never in a million years would I have said 'a photographer'. I truly believe that the obstacles, challenges, joys and sorrows you face in life, shape and mold you into the person God intended you to be. I didn't study photography in school, I didn't pick up a DSLR (aka fancy camera) until about 3 years ago. I am completely self taught and still consider myself only a borderline professional,  as I am constantly learning new things about my abilities as a photographer, my camera, and the world of photography.  Photos to me are more than just images on a computer,  or something you can hang on a wall. A photograph can tell a story, freeze time, and be a constant reminder of the goods (and the bads) that we face in the everyday challenge we call life. 

My goal as your photographer is to capture your joys of being a family and the innocence, curiosity and love your children bring to this world. As a parent, the days are long, but the years are short. I hope to work together to preserve those precious memories of your beautiful family.
